Cirino’s House Chicken Wings

Crispy outside, moist inside…

And to-die-for flavor with perfect zip!

Ingredients:

2 to 3 lbs. chicken wings

1 lb. salted butter

¾ cup Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix

Tabasco sauce (optional)

Sesame seeds (optional)

  1. Melt butter and combine with Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix in a bowl big enough to toss wings. Add Tabasco to taste if desired.
  2. Fill pan with 1” of water and steam wings on medium heat for about 10 minutes until they’re cooked ¾ of the way through.
  3. Remove from stovetop and place in roasting pan, in an oven that’s been preheated to 400 degrees F. Roast until golden brown and a little crispy.
  4. Toss freshly-cooked wings in a bowl with wing mixture and serve while still warm.
  5. Optional – sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
