Mop Sauce

Amazingly simple red meat BBQ sauce…

all the “extra” spices are built right in!

Ingredients:

1 cup of Cirino’s Bloody Mary Mix

½ cup – your choice of BBQ sauce

⅛ cup Dijon mustard

½ cup white or apple cider vinegar

  1. Add ingredients to bowl and whisk together. OPTIONAL – chill for 20 minutes to thicken.
  2. Baste, pour or mop on any grilled or smoked meats.
